RECOVERY HOUSING

Our "Discovery" Recovery House consists of "Men of Mercy" and "Women of Wisdom"  


"Discovery" homes are located in friendly neighborhoods with-in walking distance of local merchants, services, and potential employment opportunities.  "Discovery" Recovery Houses is designed for individuals desiring a second chance and an opportunity to start over.  

Our friendly volunteer staff can assist you with supportive services and referral services geared towards empowering participants to become stable after homelessness, incarceration or a brush with the law and repairing those burnt bridges that have resulted from our out-of-control behaviors that we need that added help.  

Don't think that those burnt bridges, past life choices, or behavior from an addiction need to control your future. There is HOPE.and this just might be the place for you.  "Discovery Recovery Housing might just be the Safe-Haven you need to start over.  Program participation consists of but is not limited to:

1.  Men and Women 18+ who are desiring change, accountability, and wholesome living

2.  An Evidence-based program

3.  A 24/7 zero tolerance drug/alcohol program

4.  Volunteer Program with Fees, Safety Plan, and Contractual Agreements

5.  Accountability must be met and maintained

CURRENT PARTICIPANT FEES July 1, 2016

$150.00 Non-Refundable Administration and Processing Fee due upon acceptance

$450.00/month In-County Residents (Sandusky, Seneca, and Wyandot) 

$550.00/month  Out-of-County Residents

Please note:  Applicable Sliding Fee Scale and/or Sponsorship may apply.

Criteria and Guidelines 

Background check (required may be waived)

Enroll in programming (i.e. life coaching, pastoral counseling, 12-step, Citizen Circle, and/or other referral programs etc?)

Must not participate in ANY illegal activity, consume alcohol, drugs neither illegal or prescription drugs 

Agency Referrals or Self Referral accepted

Complete Interview and needs assessment

Complete entrance application and additional paperwork

Agree to a 3 month renewable accountability Safety Plan

Abide by the "Discovery" Housing Participation Guidelines, Rules, and Regulations
 

Note:  CAM attempts to individualize each participants plan in order to create a Bridge for successful Stabilization, Productive Citizenship, and SUCCESS!
