Just because you’ve made a mistake, you don’t have to stay that way. These are the words that rang out from the radio. And as I began to think about what they were actually saying…how they played out and applied in my life. I pondered the Spiritual principle concerning these words being planted in my mind and now sown into me without any conscious effort or even consciously agreeing to it. Then I remembered the scriptures about putting a watch guard on my mind, being careful what I speak, and studying to show myself approved.

My mind returned to all the times I had spoken contrary to what the Word of God said. Oh how I stumbled and fell for so many years because of the life lessons learned, rebellion, vows and promises made, and the false beliefs I had been taught. Times I had fallen, been stopped in my tracks, and lost sight of God’s Grace and the Freedom He gives; all because I was acting on the wrong things in my head…listening to wrong words and forgetting His Truths.

It wasn’t until I surrendered, opened the Bible, and renewed my mind to the scriptures that I discovered who I was, WHOSE I was, and discovered the freedoms, liberty, and gifts I now possess because of Calvary. I discovered the PROMISES my Abba Father (Daddy God) had given me IF I chose to accept them and guard my mind and tongue! That Amazing Grace and Freedom that forgives any mistake or situation I could ever be in or even imagine. Praise God His Grace made a way!

Search it out for yourself, surrender, stand, and then REST! His arms are open wide! The time is NOW! Renew your mind to His Word and Grace! Walk through that door and be united or…reunited with YOUR DADDY GOD! Take the time to seek Him.  Remember what He’s done without looking back at who you are...your faults, your mistakes, screw ups. By renewing your mind and fixing your eyes on Him everything will grow dim in the light of His Glory and Love for you! It’s never too late…. you’re not too far gone or lost….He’s waiting at the cross…seek Him! Stand believing, having faith, that His Grace alone is ALL you need.  His “Grace has made a way!”

1 I Peter 1:12 – 15 says “Wherefore girding up the loins of your mind, be sober and set your hope perfectly on the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as children of obedience, not fashioning yourselves according to your former lusts in the time of your ignorance: but like as he who called you is holy, be ye yourselves also holy in all manner of living; and being careful what I speak.”

2 Psalms 34:13 & 14 “Keep thy tongue from evil and thy lips from speaking guile”.

3 II Tim 2:14 & 15 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

4 Matt 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
